What is the process to order self pick-up or Lalamove?
1) At the checkout page, select self pick-up option.
2) The order should be ready within 2 HOURS, and you will receive a confirmation email when the order is ready.
3) You may then arrange for pick up. Please REMARK YOUR ORDER NUMBER at the remark/ note page when arranging Lalamove.

Mon - Fri : 11am to 6pm
Sat : 11am to 2pm
What is the shipping fees and delivery period?
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order at checkout. Our courier partner includes SPX, J&T and Citilink. West Malaysia delivery is normally within 3 working days.
Do you offer delivery to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak)?
Currently, delivery to East Malaysia is not available on our website. To better serve our East Malaysia customers, orders can be placed through our Shopee store.
Do you accept cash or COD?
At the moment, we do not accept cash payment or cash on delivery (COD). This policy helps us ensure confirmed orders and smooth fulfilment for all customers
