Benefit of Wooden Wick vs Cotton Wick:

1) Natural wood, unique burning/ crackle sound

2) Lower flame/ Burn more evenly

3) Cleaner burning/ no black smoke/ bad burnt smell

Disadvantage:

1) about 20%-30% more expensive vs cotton wick, due to metal base and wood material

2) users need to remove the ashy top after burning if want the candle to stay clean

Should you use 1 wooden wick or 2 wooden wick per candle? It depends on your overall scent throw:

1) Strong scent candle suggest 1 wooden wick = Gentle burning/ slow scent releasing

2) Weak scent candle suggest 2 wooden wick = Higher flame/ release stronger scent/ burn faster
